I found the camp very helpful with my fitness regimen. Charmaine and Elaine were encouraging, patient
and knowledgeable. It never really felt like exercise to me. Okay maybe just a little bit, but I pulled
through it. If you guys could move in with me then I would have a body like Janet Jackson. Otherwise I
will keep up my exercise program and work hard so that I look good in my Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp
t-shirt. Seriously, it was fun and I enjoyed working out with the other camp participants!

I expected to "throw up" in the first week. I do not run. I have never been a runner.
I had nightmares about drill sergeants from the movies I've seen. Instead, what I experienced was a very
powerful and results oriented experience that showed me what I could achieve when pushed and instructed
properly. I think the best endorsement was the comment from my husband while standing in the kitchen.
He said "I like what I see! You are getting results!" I'll be back for another camp!!!
